Okay story time. So we arrived at our hotel after our flight from Madrid. I went and dropped off my bag and started walking down the street from our hotel and I saw this cute little display with gold fish sitting on the corner. It was the perfect photo taking moment. So slyly I took the lens cap off my camera in preparation for a photo. But apparently more than one person has tried to photograph this precious display, because literally the moment I took the lens cap the owner of the store walked onto the front step of his shop and looked at me and shook his finger. I really don't know how he knew I was going to take a picture because I only took the lens cap off! And I wasn't even obvious. What. He read my mind. So then I walked down the street (that's about 30 feet away) and took this picture. But then out of no where he came RUNNING after me and YELLING at me in French and I honestly could not tell what he was saying except for the word "no" and "photo" and I sensed that he was irate. So I just zoomed in/cropped that photo to get the shot I wanted, which turned out alright. I wish I could have gotten a close up. Let's just say I was scared to take photos of anything the rest of the trip. Although I still managed to take 600 + photos. Wait, how did I take that many.

| It was kind of a mini goal to light a candle in one of the Cathedrals because they are always so pretty! So I did. Then everyone sang happy birthday to me! And I blew it out! Just kidding. I just lit it then walked to the next beautiful thing I saw. |

| Emily and I had so much fun exploring! This moment in particular was perfect. We were sitting on the top of the Madeline steps, the sun shining perfectly on our cute little tourist faces, eating cheese bread and not being able to imagine how our lives could be any better at that exact moment. The couldn't have! (Unless Emily was my future crush/husband.) |
